This seminar is appropriate for Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants as it takes into account the four most mobile extremity joints in the musculoskeletal system.

When there is an injury and joints are affected hypo mobility (i.e. joint dysfunction) occurs effecting function of the joints, associated muscles, and soft tissue. This "Hands On" seminar allows the practitioner to learn techniques developed by the late John Mennell MD, who coined the term joint play and joint dysfunction.

Evaluation, Diagnosis, and treatment of these four joint complexes will be taught and practiced by the participants in "Hands On" breakout sessions. Small class sizes allows the participant to have more time practicing these techniques on one another.

The course is designed for the participant to be able to install these techniques immediately in the clinic and have predictable and successful evidence based outcomes on their patients. The course is taught by instructors who learned the techniques directly from Dr. John Mennell, and have been carrying on these techniques of the late Dr. John Mennell ever since.

This course focuses on structural diagnosis (assessment) based on anatomical knowledge. The course provides an appreciation of the musculoskeletal system in medicine.
